We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. All transactions are performed using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server to ensure
confidentiality of your credit card information. However, we do not accept PayPal, money order, personal checks, or cash. Upon

Orders made from Missouri are subjected to a sales tax of 6.575% (subjected to change)
Shipping Limitation
We only ship to the continental US. We usually do not ship to any international countries outside of the United States (including Canada).

Shipping and handling fee is calculated automatically before checkout. The shipping and handling fee that we charge contain many
added features, including the following exceptional services:
Shipping: All our orders are shipped using USPS priority mail, unless requested otherwise by customer.
Handling: These services include storing, transferring and preparing the product for shipment. Most products are shipped directly from
our warehouse. Packages are carefully processed from the moment the product is removed from inventory to the point at which they are
transferred to the carrier.
Guaranteed Promptness: Packages are shipped within 24 hours after orders have been made. We guarantee prompt and fast delivery!
Insurance: Deliveries are NOT insured against loss, theft and damage. Customer will need to inform manager@hi-dow.com if he/she
requires insurance.

Products purchased at our company are exchangeable but not refundable.
