Hi-Dow guarantees its product free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2
years from the date of purchase, except as noted below.
This Hi-Dow product warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident or the
attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product, or any other conditions
whatsoever that are beyond the control of Hi-Dow. This warranty is effective only if the product
is purchase and operated in the USA or Canada. A product that requires modification or adaptation
to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed,
manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is
not covered under warranty. Hi-Dow shall not be responsible for any type of incidental,
consequential or special damages. All implied warranties, including but not limited to those
implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited in the total duration of 2 years
from the original purchase date.

We have received complaints recently about the quality of our Massage Mouse. We discovered that there are several
unauthorized sellers who sell counterfeited Massage Mouse without FDA (Federal Drugs and Administration) list/registration at a
ridiculously low price (may even lower than the wholesale price). To make sure that our customers are purchasing the genuine Massage Mouse, Hi-Dow Development Company,
as the sole distributor of Massage Mouse in Northern America, requires that our customers display a receipt stating that the Massage
Mouse was purchased at a price of USD $40.00 or above (not including "SHIPPING") in order to obtain our 2 year warranty service.
Hi-Dow International will not provide the 2 year warranty service without the USD40.00 and above (not including "SHIPPING")
purchase receipt. Please remember to enclose your receipt with the vendor name and final purchase price of at least USD $40.00 (not including "SHIPPING").

To obtain warranty service on your Hi-Dow product, please send us the unit, your return
address, your dated sales receipt (as proof of purchase), Product Registration ID and
indicate the shortage of your defective unit.
Please note that we only accept exchange of defective products. We do not provide
refunds.

Upon receipt, Hi-Dow will repair or replace, as appropriate, your product and return it to you.
Warranty is solely through Hi-Dow Service Center. Service of this product by anyone other than
Hi-Dow Service Center voids warranty.
*REMINDER*
We (Hi-Dow International) reserve the right to throw away the return defective Massage
Mouse and Optical Massage Mouse unit after 60 days from date we(Hi-Dow Development Company)
receive the defective shipment from buyers if the buyers cannot provide the documents below.
Hi-Dow International will not honor Massage Mouse and Optical Massage Mouse 2 years
warranty service if the buyers cannot provide the following documents below:
1. A copy of receipt with the valid retailer name
2. A copy of receipt with valid date of purchase
3. A copy of receipt stating with the final purchase price $40 or above(Not include shipping)
4. A returned defective unit is not in the original Hi-Dow's Massage Mouse or Optical Massage Mouse
product packing(We do not provide 2 years warranty service if the Massage Mouse
machine, wire cord, massage pads etc are not Hi-Dow's Massage Mouse or Optical Massage Mouse
accessories.)
5. A check ($5.95 each unit) payable to "Hi-Dow International" to cover the return shipping cost.
Hi-Dow International will not take responsibility for any return Massage Mouse lost during the
shipping. Please have the necessary assurance for the return.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which may
vary from state to state. Because of individual state regulations, some of the above
limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
